Bill provides the service of ‘peace of mind’ to his clients before their expiration. Bill has written a book about, not only his fascinating job, but also about his life of severe sexual and physical abuse, crime, retribution and compensation for those he wronged. There is now a movie and reality tv show in the works based on his work and life.
